Came BROKEN The mug itself is beautiful. I would give 5 stars but it was packaged in a box with no bubble wrap. It arrived with the handle broken off. It was a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed and still waiting to hear from customer service.

Great mug Very nice with the personalization. I ordered both colors and they were delivered timely and the name looks great. I have not used them as much because they are very thin and hot beverages get cold easily .

Mugs By Shopper (Bloomington, IL) - January 11, 2021 purchased as gifts and the mugs were a hit and they loved them. I purchased one for me too. Just have to remember do not put in the dishwasher. Must hand wash. So far so good with not putting in the dishwasher either.
Only because you have to hand wash otherwise 5 for all animal print lovers

 Leonora’s mug The black looks like smeared green in areas. I have this is the gold leopard too which is perfect. Recommend the gold more than the silver due to that

Gold Leopard Print Mug Note, key word is Gold, the one I received was white not gold as I had ordered. Granted cup is nice but not gold as stated or pictured.
