Great gift idea! Good communication with tracking updates. It came well packaged and just as the preview showed it would be. My only regret is the photo seemed a bit darker, or yellower, than I thought, but it will be a great gift for my husband for Christmas! Super excited to give it to him!

Snow Couple The ornament's color and lettering is lovely. I feel since the ornament is wood, that the back should be the same color as the front of the ornament. This would make it look finished. The back is wood, and not treated. Thank you.

Couples ornament Nice packaging and speedy delivery. Ornament was well worth the money, shipping was expensive expect to double the price when all is said and done.

Lovely Ornament This product was beautiful. I only gave it 4/5 stars because I chose the one sided ornament and didn’t realize the back would just be plain white. I think a way to improve the ornament would be to give the option of having the back kind of match the front. The option could be black or black with the stars. Also maybe coming up with different snowmen options. Including two male, 2 female, smaller snowmen for kids, etc. Other than that this ornament turned out just beautiful and I love it.

 Nice ornament!The ornament is beautiful and nice quality but the gift box that i paid for it to be in came absolutely ruined and the ornament was exposed, it could’ve been ruined. Gift boxes should be free if they are going to come damaged and not useable.

Centering My only complaint is that the personalization wasn't centered.

Hard to read Overall I'm a little disappointed in this ornament. The words are written in very thin print making it hard to read on the very dark background. The font doesn't look at all like the "preview" shows on the website. It's still cute and light weight, I just wish the words stood out more.

 Nice idea, poor executionI ordered 2 of these as Christmas gifts. One arrived broken in half which almost didn’t matter because the photo image was so grainy I didn’t want to give them as gifts anyway. I’ve ordered many products over the years that have been excellent, but this one was disappointing unfortunately.
