Yearly Christmas gift I have been ordering 2 ornaments from Personalization mall every year for the past 10 years. I have my grandchildren picture put on them each year. Their ornaments on the tree shows them growing up.

First ornament was superb. Second one, although still great quality I was a little surprised of the slight cropping of a picture that before hitting send it was as I wanted it.
Cut the nose a little more than I’d like to a pic of my late dog.
Not so much that I was completely dissatisfied but - surprised.
Will still consider future purchases for OTHER items.

Beautiful Thank you for such a great Christas gift for my siblings. Was just wondering how I can get two replacements, out of 12 ornaments ordered only two came in cracked, NOT BAD.

 Terrible photo qualityThese ornaments are on porcelain as stated in the description, but what they don't tell you is the photos look terrible. My images were from a high-resolution file and the product came so blurry you can't make out the faces (the preview looked fine). Very disappointed after the high quality products that I've ordered in the past.

My Mom will love it I know my mom will treasure this ornament with the wedding photo from her and my dad from 1954. My dad passed away in 2017 so she loves having pictures of him around the house and having one to hang on the Christmas tree now will bring her joy. The quality is very nice and the photo turned out great!

I am always completely satisfied. I will say that I am not a fan of the matte style ornaments. In my opinion the picture appears blurry. Other then that, I like them.
