Yearly Christmas gift I have been ordering 2 ornaments from Personalization mall every year for the past 10 years. I have my grandchildren picture put on them each year. Their ornaments on the tree shows them growing up.

This was a great option for a “first house“ ornament with a picture. My only complaint is that the personalization on the back can’t be more personalized. Meaning, that I would like to have chosen the font and the size of font. There was a little more information I would’ve liked to have included on the back. There just wasn’t room.

Nice ornament I'm happy with this ornament except for the fact the photo should have been centered a little better so the hole for the ribbon isn't in one of their heads. The preview photo has it centered perfectly. I've never been disappointed before with Personalization Mall but this order I have 2 out of 3 that just didn't stand up to what I'm used to receiving.

Not bad enough to return, but still not great.
Preview looks centered, but actual product is not.

Happy with wood heart ornament Bought 3 wood hearts (2-sided, red back, not glossy) as celebration-of-life remembrance gifts honoring a special Swedish rustic man. “Perfect” gift, even allowed Swedish font! Red snowflake background is rustic brown-red. Imperfect photo quality on wood (but sort of rustic). Would’ve centered differently had I anticipated it’d be printed shifted leftward of what I ordered (cut off honoree’s L ear). Good wood+ribbon quality. Indiv. bubble-wrap enveloped, in b—wrap mailer, arr’d mid-ETA. Thx, PM!

I am always completely satisfied. I will say that I am not a fan of the matte style ornaments. In my opinion the picture appears blurry. Other then that, I like them.

Returning customer This is my second time ordering an ornament from this company and loved the personal touches like a velvety bag and good shipping.
First ornament was superb. Second one, although still great quality I was a little surprised of the slight cropping of a picture that before hitting send it was as I wanted it.
Cut the nose a little more than I’d like to a pic of my late dog.
Not so much that I was completely dissatisfied but - surprised.
Will still consider future purchases for OTHER items.

My ornament I love my photo ornament, the only thing I didn't like was where the hole was put in order to hang it. Almost took my husband's face. But I do know it would be hard to pinpoint where to put it

Heart ornament This is the second ornament I received and like the first one I am so happy with it and the quality of the ornament. I would recommend this to anyone. The hardest part is getting the picture on the ornament so the hole does not cut any of the picture off.

SURPRISED IT WASN'T PERFECT THIS TIME I ordered 3 Heart Ornaments, 2 of them identical and one different. One of the Red Hearts was printed off center on both sides so the message on the back wasn't centered and the hole for the ribbon was through the face of the baby instead of next to it. It was perfect on the site photo and on the other identical ornament received. It was also missing the ribbon that was included with the other two. With all of the orders being fulfilled, I guess it's to be expected that mistakes can happen once in a while. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the site itself, and the ease and control that the buyer has over the finished product! Bravo!!

 Bad hole placementEven though my picture I approved clearly shows the ribbon hole away from the head of the person, the hole was placed right in their hair. Makes the item look bad. Quality of the product was nice.
