Quality This ornament arrived in a timely manner. The quality was very good. The only thing I would have liked to change was the rotation of the picture by just a bit. The hole for the string was placed right on the headband of my granddaughter. Maybe it was my mistake. I don’t remember reviewing it, if so I overlooked it. But other than that it’s great. This is the second order I have placed over 2 years and never disappointed

Order got "stuck" with the shipper for many days- for the first time ever - but C.S worked with me and expedited a replacement order so I could get in time to include with packages I am further mailing. Very Satisfied and just ordered another of this same item since another new baby in family has arrived!
