The pillow is absolutely beautiful and I was surprised that it came with the insert as well. I didn't think it did. I would definitely reorder from this company. Very sweet My grandma had surgery earlier 2020 due to cancer and because of covid we haven’t seen her since Christmas 2019. We all have just wanted to give her a hug but haven’t been able to because we don’t want to risk making her more sick while she’s still recovering from a very invasion surgery. She loves it and it was the perfect gift for Christmas given our situation. 4 stars only because the material didn’t seem sturdy, time will tell though.

Beautiful Pillow! I bought this pillow for my gramma who believes this is her “last Christmas”, she lives 6 hours away from me and I believe she’s really going to enjoy this pillow. It was beautifully made and I liked opening it up and seeing how nice it really was, however, I wasn’t expecting there to be no pillow / so flat

Not happy with pillow filler Bought this pillow for my grandma from my kids. The outer shell is adorable but I felt as though the inside stuffing isn’t enough. It’s so thin and hardly a pillow to hug. Also the photos on the website look much fuller than the actual product.

 Disappointed By Shopper (MONTGOMERY, TX) - October 26, 2021 Not only was the shipping terrible as it was days late and her birthday was over but the back of the pillow has a barcode actually sewn onto the opening and it doesn’t cover when you close the flap. Looks ridiculous

Cheap material and poorly made The material is very cheap and the barcode is printed huge and dark on the inside of the pillow case so you can see it through the back. Not worth the money I will be ordering a replacement through another site as I refuse to give this as a gift to someone.
