Love this! I have always had the best experience and satisfaction with anything I have purchased from this website. My very last purchase, which was this one, had not shipped, so I called to inquire. They apologized and told me one of their machines had gone down. I told her about the urgency of this order (a party) and volunteered to pay express shipping. Customer service said, "no ma'am, it was our fault and we will get it to you on time. It was our fault, not yours." It arrived on time!! The products are top quality and beautifully done. I will always highly recommend Personalization Mall.

Just perfect! By Shopper (Bonaire, GA) - June 1, 2023 I ordered this banner for my son's graduation. The first time, my notification came and said that my package had reached. I tried to contact by e-mail and was unsuccessful.
I decided to call. I can't remember the lady's name but OMG she was soooo helpful. I told her my distress and that my son's graduation was that Saturday so I highly doubt it would reach in time (being that this was Tuesday).
She gave me such wonderful customer service and most of all my banner was a hit.

My Baby Boy Smiled I love it! It looks exactly as it was pictured during personalization and my baby boy smiled when he saw it! That is significant because he's a teenager and he hardly ever smiles lol.

I’m so in love with the banner!!!?? My heart skipped a beat when I unrolled the banner for the first time LOL! The banner is high quality and my son’s picture came out perfectly and wasn’t blurry at all! The only downside is that it doesn’t come with anything to hook the banner with - no strings or anything. Luckily for me, my apartment door is magnetic so I’m going to stick my banner to the door with magnetic hooks. Other than that, I am very pleased!

Excellent Quality, Excellent Value For the inexpensive price I paid, my expectations were fairly low. But the quality blew me out of the water when I received it. My husband said he would pay $125 for the same quality for a banner for his business. To say we are thrilled is an understatement.
