Great ornament Great ornament to mark events . Only thing needed is to be finished on the back.

Must use close up picture Very cute ornament but the picture I used look great in the preview but doesn’t show up well on the ornament. The picture looks blurry.

Nice Wood Ornament Very nicely done, and nice color. I'm just not crazy about the ply wood ornament base and will stick with ceramic in the future.

 Ornament is Just OKThis is the 1st time ordering a wooden ornament and the 1st time ordering an ornament from PM. Product is just ok. I’ve ordered metal photo ornaments from another site, which was better quality. Plus when received the hanging ribbon was knotted and not looped in the ornament requiring me to get another ribbon since it is a gift.

Wood Ornament It’s a pretty good size, not to happy about the quality of the picture. Our picture turned out blurred out almost like a smudge. I get my family ornaments here every year (normally the glass ones), but this one wasn’t my favorite.

Color not consistent Ordered 3 of the same to give as gifts, and unfortunately one is way off in color. Sent an email to customer service so hopefully they can fix the issue before Christmas

Not what I thought By Shopper (Santa Rosa, CA) - December 11, 2021 Photo clarity is somewhat poor and it's super thin. Overall design makes photo selection difficult to fit with wording. Perhaps having writing on one side and photo on the other would work.

 Would not purchase again Bought as ornaments for yearly gifts for great friends. Doesn’t feel like wood- and the pic is very grainy- even the lettering. There are burnt marks on the back.
