Replacement I had order several ornaments and was very satisfied except for one particular item the lettering was off centered. I called customer service and forwarded an uploaded picture of the defective ornament. With absolutely no hesitation I was told my ornament would be replaced. It arrived within a week and was perfect!! Very satisfied.

Polar bear family I ordered a polar bear Christmas ornament for each of my adult children with the names of their spouses and all of their children. The company promptly replaced it and shipped it directly to the gifted family. First names were improved but the lettering for "The Reichardt Family" was still lower than I would have liked but is legible. I was satisfied with all the other items in my order.
