Replacement I had order several ornaments and was very satisfied except for one particular item the lettering was off centered. I called customer service and forwarded an uploaded picture of the defective ornament. With absolutely no hesitation I was told my ornament would be replaced. It arrived within a week and was perfect!! Very satisfied.

Polar bear family I ordered a polar bear Christmas ornament for each of my adult children with the names of their spouses and all of their children. I glued it and gifted it on Christmas day, but then had to buy a second one to replace the broken ornament. I am giving only 4* because of the way it was shipped the first time.
The ornament is beautiful and my family loved it.

Perfect Family Gift It is really nice! Something for those who are hard to buy for! I will be putting it in another box. The one I paid for is just a plain cardboard box with the logo and was damaged. Otherwise, very happy. I would have rated it a 5 except for the box.

The company promptly replaced it and shipped it directly to the gifted family. First names were improved but the lettering for "The Reichardt Family" was still lower than I would have liked but is legible. I was satisfied with all the other items in my order.

Yearly ornament By Shopper (Auburn , WA) - November 21, 2021 I order a Ornament yearly they all come out amazing and this is why I keep coming back but this year the names are off and you can barely see my son and daughter name well the first letter of their name to cut it looks weird other than that amazing amazing amazing I gave it a four-star because I know how amazing they normally are just this year my ornament got a tad bit messed up

Turned out cute! The font isn’t perfect but at least it’s bold, my other two ornaments I had issues with smudged and faded font.
