 Turned out cute! The font isn’t perfect but at least it’s bold, my other two ornaments I had issues with smudged and faded font.

Ornament is great but the writing could use some help The Ornament its self is great but once it made it here the names were so plain and not centered properly. I also wish there were other fonts to choose from to make it look hand written. It just didn't have that special spark for me.

Printing issue By Shopper (Passaic, NJ) - November 27, 2021 The ornament itself is beautiful, but the printed names are NOT centered and look very sloppy.

Which is which I had to order this twice. It just said adult bear one and adult bear two….the one with the scarf I believe should be the male bear and the one with the red hat should be female. My original order came and it looked terrible. I couldn’t give it as a gift and I reordered.

Crooked names Love the item other than the names are not even centered on the snowflake.

Black mark We received this item today. It’s very cute and we love the personalization but the ornament came with a black spot on it so I wasn’t happy about that.

 Disappointing Love the bear ornament but very disappointed in the placement of my kids names. All four are shifted and the last letter is barely seen. The workers should have paid attention to this before they mailed it to me. I’ve ordered many things from here and have never had an issues until now.

Polar bear family The ornament came Sunday & the head was broken off the one snowman. Tried to call yesterday but had to wait too long. Try & call today

Name not centered My ornament was almost perfect but one of the names was off center. Since it was a longer name (Benjamin) it was smushed together and hard to read.
