Impressive response customer service ! Ordered the 3 names option but it arrived broken. A replacement was promptly sent out, also arrived broken, customer service to the rescue, they managed to expedite a third ornament in time for Christmas! Impressive response, just assumed I’d get a credit but they made sure I had the order, in perfect condition, on time for Christmas. Yes, I recommend!

Excellent Family Ornament I have purchased several Christmas ornaments from this website, and I have never been disappointed. We have six people just in our immediate family so it can be difficult to find ones that will let you put all six. Our last name is also hyphenated so that adds a bonus of confusion.
