 Perfect ornament We love this ornament! We normally buy our family ornaments from the mall every year and it’s tradition to get all our names on it. At the mall they always use a sharpie to write our names. I was pleasantly surprised to see that our names were engraved instead of just drawn on! Such great quality and super super cute! Will definitely buy our annual family ornaments from here from now on!

So cute I buy for a lot each year for Christmas but, being on a fixed income and being a senior I need to look for the best deals each year so I shop around. I’ve ordered before from personalization mall for other things also. Just wished they had more sales and discounts then I would order more.

Beautiful and great quality but broken in shipping By Shopper (Monroe, NC) - December 2, 2023 We have ordered from Personalization Mall before and will again, but we were sad when this ornament arrived and a small piece of the leaf on the right side had been broken off during shipping. The thin bubble wrap in a padded envelope wasn't enough to protect the item during shipping. We will glue it together and make it work, but I'm hoping next year the shipping methods will be upgraded to avoid a break.

 Chipped to pieces It was perfect except for when they shipped it, it was in bubble wrap, but loose in a much too big box. 3 pieces were chipped off and loose in the bag. This is a review for three ornaments. Same problem with all three.

Kept braking so I gave up The leaves or arms or legs break. Even on the replacement one so I stopped even telling them. This one doesn’t mail well
