This ornament arrived broken in 3 spots. The names on the ornament are light. This was shipped in a bag with no padding, which is probably why it arrived broken (2 of my 3 ornaments arrived broken).

I ordered two sloth ornaments, it was really cute. However, one came with a broken foot, and the others personalization was not on straight. So disappointed, and when I tried to review this before they denied it saying there was no order #. They are ignoring their mistakes and not fixing it. Order#690143913
