 great qualityI absolutely love this. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the weight. It's pretty heavy and I don't know how much it will pull the tree branch down when on the tree.

Nice family ornament I buy 4 family ornaments every year. I purchased two of these. The ornament itself is done in very good detail and I was happy with the way the names turned out. I would definitely purchase these again if I need to. My only regret was at the time I purchased sees there were not any available for a family of three in light tone or I would’ve purchased them also.

Good Quality! By Shopper  (Missoula, MT) - November 10, 2022 This is a very nice ornament! I ordered the dark-skin color, which ended up looking Middle Eastern. My daughter and her family are white with darker skin, but definitely not albino like the light-skin color depicted. It’s a Christmas present, and I’m not sure my daughter and her husband would prefer the albino look or the Middle Eastern look. lol

A bit heavy It was a little heavier than I would have liked, but the quality was really nice. I still love it.

Beautiful ornament, but chipped Love this ornament I ordered and overall pleased with the product, but disappointed it is chipped in a few places on the front and to the top edge of it down to a dark gray base. Will have to repair with paint.

Just as pictured! By Shopper (La Vista, NE) - November 18, 2021 The ornament itself is very high quality and just as pictured, complete with glitter! However, the technique they used to personalize it left a shadow, like they burned the letters on and there is a faint brown shadow around them. You can only see it if you are close, but I definitely notice it.

Cute but poor paint job Very cute and the personalization came out as described however there was a sticker on the back ad when we peeled it off, the paint came with it. The paint flakes off VERY easily.

 DisappointedBy Shopper (Greenfield, WI) - November 17, 2021 I ordered this and had to get a replacement, because the names were placed poorly, off and one name was missing a letter. Then when the replecement came one name was better, but another name was done very poorly and on the edge. I love your produces, but this was a dissapontment. I may call for another replacement but am not hopeful.

 Surprised at the poor quality of print this time around. I have previously ordered personalized ornaments multiple times from this site. Both for myself, and for family. However this time the quality was disappointing. The lettering is not black but more gray, which is OK. However I am not happy with the sloppy placement of two of the names. See photo (one name blurred out for privacy). It did not look like this in the “preview”. Again, in the past the quality was great. But now I am not sure that I will re-order in the future..

Cute but damaged By Shopper (Monroeville, PA) - December 22, 2021 We absolutely loved this ornament as it represents our family perfectly! However, our ornament arrived broken and the etched names were poorly crafted! And to make matters worse, the ornament is now on back order until March of 2022.
