Terrible customer service By

I made sure to order our yearly ornament early, as I know they sell out each year. My ornament arrived broken, and I contacted Customer Service about getting a new one sent out. I was asked to send pictures of the broken ornament, and was then told that a replacement would be sent out immediately. I waited almost 2 weeks and then contact cust. service again to follow up. I was then told that a refund was being issued to me because these ornaments are out of stock. If the replacement had been sent right away, like I was told, this would not have been an issue. It's clear that nobody did anything about my order until I emailed to follow up. Had I not sent a second email, I wouldn't have even received a refund. This is so frustrating, as I made sure to place my order in October to be sure I would get an ornament, and now I'm left with nothing. P. Mall dropped the ball on this one, and then stopped responding to my emails when I called them out on it.
