 Care with name/ letters selectionThe grandchild’s name was such that the letters once carved, were not easily read in the ornament. This particular time , the letters looked like the name was written backwards.

Snowman Character Personalized Wood Ornament I received this free otherwise I probably would not have chosen it. It is cute but not very well made.

Snowman ornament I’ve purchased many ornaments from Personalization Mall and been pleased with the products. However. I was disappointed with the quality of this one because of the dull colors. Another color may have looked fine but I don’t recommend the whitewash.

Ornaments/Wood Ok. I ordered two of wood carved ornaments,came quickly. Looks ok, but really smells of burnt wood. To the extent that I’m no sure I can hang them on an inside tree

It’s cute but…. The ornament is adorable, it’s cut nicely but the paint is smeared there is some staining of some sort

 Stained and dirtyAt 1st I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. The white edges by the name were yellow. Then I turned the ornament over. It's stained yellow and dirty all over. I'm really upset because every year as tradition, I buy myself, my son and my husband name ornaments to hang on the tree
