the ornament is nice, the design on the back is not how i wanted it. the picture in the preview is small and i could not tell if it was the way i wanted it to be. we will be ordering more with the correct design. it was my error, but it would have been nice if i could have seen the preview larger.

Overall I am happy with it for the cost. The photo I uploaded was hi res but printed poorly and fuzzy. The area in red while designing that indicated would not be on ornament in fact was and beyond so I have visible lines that I would have dragged off the red border if I had thought they would print. It should be more clear to fill entire circle including the border. Keep that in mind while designing and you should be good and don’t expect high resolution picture.

The overall product was made well, the printing was clear and of good quality, however, the color was off. The red did not turn out as the original art, it was a bit more orange. Since this is a professional logo, it was a disappointment.

Distorted Picture

In the past, I have ordered personalized (names only) ornaments and have been very satisfied. However, this is the first time I ordered a picture ornament (2-sided) and am very disappointed. Although I made sure the picture I submitted was rated as good, with a green checkmark, when the ornament arrived I found that the picture was distorted, the colors very faded and writing on the certificate of completion was blurry and unreadable. On the reverse side of the ornament, the printing is blurry and not centered. The ornament was not suitable as a gift. I wish I would have kept the ornament to show a picture of it, however, regrettably, I trashed it.
