Excellent Gift I am a first year teacher. My grandma came to visit from another state and she read a Thanksgiving story to my class. Lovely Frame, Loose Backing Board Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of this picture frame. The wood is rich and the engraving is deep. My only complaint,is the backing board only comes with two support clips to keep the picture in place. The backing board does not sit flush with the wood and the glass frame moves around loosely. I inserted a piece of cardboard behind the photo to help secure the frame. A frame this size needs a minimum of four backing clips; not two.

Grandma frame We thought order wasn't delivered and FedEx told me to contact the company. They responded quickly and offered to send a replacement product or give refund. Replacement came quickly. The original turned up 3 days later at a neighbor's house, so we.have 2 frames. Second one is actually better than first, as text on first frame is a little faded in a few spots. This was a gift for my Mother in Law and she likes it.
