Great looking mugs I ordered 12 mugs with different names for Christmas presents and they look exactly as pictured on web site. Beautifully made, no flaws. I was afraid the way the FedEx driver handled the box, (opened the top at both ends)that a mug may be broken but they were all boxed well. Great product!
