Pic shows Christmas Red & Green etc. Arrived and red is more Brick Red, Sagey Green and Gold is more Antique/Old Gold. Positive: turn around from order to delivery was great, printing is very nice and correct, each mug is in it's own box, quality of mug is good.

Micro&Dshwshr safe? The mugs came quickly and are nice looking. The print could be a little darker, in my opinion, but is pretty consistent. It will make a nice gift. I would suggest to the seller that they add something to the packaging stating the mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. I had to call to ask as it was not printed on the bottom of the mug as it should be, but Customer Service was very nice and quick in assuring me they were. Fingers crossed this is so, we'll find out after Christmas!

2 of them were broken.
They were shipped in a big box.
I think they could have been placed in a smaller box
and packing peanuts to prevent breakage.
I called right away and had to send photos of the broken mugs.
They are replacing the two mugs

Personalized mugs I ordered these for my grandkids for their stockings and they’re cute but I was a little disappointed that the print on the mugs was not as vibrant as it appeared in their ad. Overall still look good deal for the price.

Pleased with mugs By Shopper (Jenks, OK) - November 6, 2022 I bought a name mug for each grandchild, ages 9-15. The quality is good, they washed in the dishwasher just fine. I think they will enjoy having their own mug at Thanksgiving and to take home with them.

Customer service issue I purchased 7 red mugs as gifts. They arrived on time, looked great, except for one with some hazy printing. On line customer service offered a reprint, in any available color. I asked for a reprint. Request was refused. Red was sold out and the company would not reprint using a different color, even though that had been an option in their on-line response. I received a refund, but was disappointed in the customer service!

 Cracked mug!This cup was very nice but it came broken! The box the mug came in was not protected at all! So the cup came cracked! I called the 800 number. And they were so nice they shipped me another mug no return and the expedited the delivery so I would have it for Christmas! Their customer service was amazing! Thank you

Christmas Mugs Expected mugs to show names in Christmas colors. The red and green were completely off. Disappointed!

Very nice mug, but... By Shopper (Cedar Lake, IN) - February 7, 2023 These are handsome mugs, and their 16 oz. size allows for a nice big cup of coffee. The personalization using different fonts looks nice -- classic, actually. But there's one serious flaw. There was no warning with these about NOT putting them in the dishwasher. One would naturally assume that that would be OK, as they're sturdy mugs. The mugs themselves stand up well to cleaning in the dishwasher -- the but ink (or paint or whatever it is) used on the mugs has smeared slightly in some spots. So some of the letters look like they have "tails" or shadows coming out above them. That should not have happened and is disappointing. (I'm not including a photo, as the persons for whom I bought these wish their name to remain anonymous.)

Personalized Coffee Mug The Mug came shattered in pieces. The mug was very poorly packed, with no bubble wrap at all.

Not Christmas colors at all these cups are not christmas red and christmas green. They are rust and army green/pea green. very disappointing.
