Great for kid/tween/teen Christmas gifts! I needed a gift idea for ages 7-16. I ordered 6 of these mugs, one for each of the kids coming to my house for Christmas Eve. I filled each with a hot chocolate packet and candy, wrapped them in oversized treat bags with ribbon, and they came out perfect!

Was perfect except it came broken! As soon as it came in broken I called the number and the sweet lady in customer service immediately apologized and put in an order for another coffee mug to replace the one that came in broken. I got a confirmation email right away and a few hours later received an email that the replacement had shipped.
