Repeating Personalized Mug I was very happy with this mug. It looks just as pictured and the package arrived within a few days. I ordered 16 of the mugs for gifts and one did arrive broken so I would order early to have time to replace if needed. Also, ask them to wrap the mug in paper. I think mine broke because, although there was paper in the shipping box, there wasn't paper around the mug in the individual box. I did notify customer service and they promptly responded. They are sending a replacement today at no cost.
