Broken mug I received my order of two mugs and one was broken. I contacted customer service and after sending a picture of the broken one, a new one was promptly sent to me. Excellent customer service!

Great Mug I ordered 2 monogrammed mugs for gifts. They are exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. They’re attractive and bright. I have ordered a few items from Personalization Mall online and I was very pleased with everything. At first I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if the monogramming would be correct. But, because you get a photo of what your ordered product would look like it puts your mind at ease.

The cups were packed nicely in sturdy boxes. The colors are more muted than typical garish green, red, and gold Christmas colors and I like that as the cups can be used year round!

15 Oz Christmas Name Mugs I bought these for my grandchildren ages 4-22. They are the perfect size for hot chocolate. Quality mugs and very nice printing. Maybe a little heavy for very small children but then again, they probably won’t be drinking mugs of hot chocolate! Wonderful gifts! I’m planning on making “Mug Rugs” for each of them too!
They took about 2 weeks to arrive but I wasn’t in a hurry.

Easy Christmas gift I ordered one for each grandson to gift for Christmas. I'll add an envelope of cocoa mix and a few Hershey kisses to each. One mug arrived broken but I got on chat and within minutes they had reordered a replacement one to be sent to me, so kudos on customer service!
