Great Purchase This wasn’t my first purchase. I continue to come back to this site for my annual Christmas ornaments for my kids. I come back because the ornaments are creative, reasonably-priced and always arrive in a timely manner and in perfect shape.

Sweet Ornament This ornament turned out to be very nice. The antlers on the reindeer were broken off ,I guess during shipping, but I was able to glue them back on. Hopefully they stay intact.

Nice Ornament Very nice ornament. Wish it had a little more space to add some additional characters to the bottom.

Cute but fragile This would be a super cute ornament, and pretty happy with it for the most part. But, I have to fix the reindeer ears as they both broke off during shipping. Hoping super glue will take care of it.

Smudged All the names on the ornament were smudged. Luckily I was able to clean the smudges off without ruining the ornament. Other than that it's perfect!

 Customized ornimentThe ornament itself was very cute, however the printing of names and messages was all smudged and running. The ornament is also too heavy to hang on the tree.

Great Item, not so good packaging By Shopper (Sheboygan Falls, WI) - January 4, 2023 The ornament was cute as could be and made so nicely. I was very happy with it, however it was broken when it arrived due to the very flimsy packaging. It was not protected to ensure it would not break during shipping, and so it was broken when I got it. Would have been a wonderful gift had it not broke, I ended up throwing it in the garbage. That is why I gave it 3 stars

arrived broken Right out of the pkg I had to glue an antler on. It is cute, but I guess more fragile than it looked.

Personalization Bad The personalization bled on the snow, and some of the names on the figures are not centered. Does not look very professional at all!

Broken piece One antler was broken, but I superglued it. Hopefully it won't fall off when I mail it to my daughter's family. I didn't sent it back because I was afraid it would not arrive on time for me to wrap and mail.
It is an adorable ornament, too bad that it came broken.

Ornaments NOT quite as pictured- Broken as well Fisrt off- when I received the ornaments- ALL the reindeers antlers were broken off on one side or the other on each of the ornaments (they came in padded envelopes only)
The Paint job was not that great- and I ended up touching up with markers !
I also added a light coat of glitter- they just lacked their usual "cuteness"
VERY disappointed in ornaments te last couple of years.
I will DEFINETLY be purchasing elsewhere next year !

I have been a LONG time customer- and the quality is really going down hill on some items. There are some items I will always order- as they always turn out perfect and I get so many compliments !!!

Arrived Broken I have ordered from personalization for years and have never had one item show up broken. I’m still waiting to hear back from them as to what is going to happen with my broken item. I was also sad that they don’t have the little red bags anymore.

 Ornament smudgedBy Shopper (Kingston, TN) - November 11, 2023 The name on the snowman was noticeably smudged. Contacted customer service & matter was quickly resolved with replacement ornament to arrive in 4 days with expedited delivery.

Disappointed I have been buying a personalized ornament for the past 7 years with them and I’ve always loved the quality of the work. Generally the ornaments come in a box packaged in bubble wrap. This time, it was in an envelope, the ornament was already broken when it arrived and the writing for the personalization was smudged over all the letters. This has never happened and it’s very disappointing to order something over the years and it be wonderful and this time have such poor quality.
