Love it, but had a small issue I abolutely love this ornament. It is exaclty what we wanted! My only issue was the ink for the personalization was smeared all over. I had to use alcohol to get it off and it removed some of the paint under where it was smeared.

Great ornament I purchased this family ornament as our annual family ornament for our tree. It came perfectly personalized , well crafter and adorable.

Super cute, but heavy The ornament is super cute, but it is quite heavy, so I’m worried about it staying on the tee.
Turnaround was super fast, too.

Smudge I purchased 5 different ornaments and 3 our 5 dates or names are smudged. Not the best work.

Short one letter Your system would not allow more than 10 characters to a name; therefore, the name Christopher does not have the last r. I will have to see if I can write the r myself. Also, I always write on the back of the ornament "Given by" and my name. Might be nice if you could offer this feature also.

 items brokenI was so happy to get them, but the foot was was broken on 2 of the ornaments. My granddaughter said that was okay. I know it was not. We are going to try to glue them back together. They are really cute, too bad they are broken. They were
well packed, I guess I can blame it on the post office.

Mildly disappointed By Shopper (Ansonia, CT) - December 3, 2023 I was sadly disappointed this year. I’ve been ordering multiple ornaments for the last 6 years and this year held a few surprises. First is I found they no longer come in that lovely gray storage bag and second it arrived broken. This is the first time this has ever happened.
