Wonderful gift-extra quick service! We ordered this plaque for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary.They absolutely loved it. Great Plaque! Great Item! My wife and I got it to commemorate buying our 1st house, and love the way it looks next to our front door! My only complaint was that they need to send better screws with it. I have a stone front house, and the screws they sent were too short, and broke when I tried to use them. Ended up going to Home Depot to buy 2" concrete screws. But other than that I'd recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous! These Plaques came in half the time that I was originally told. I had received one as a gift a few months ago and loved it, so have since purchased two more. late arrival By Shopper  (Bagley, IA) - September 25, 2016 I have ordered many items from Personalization Mall and have been pleased with every one of them. I have always relied on their fast delivery time and they have never let me down. This time, I received this item two days past the time it was personalized for. I ordered with a two week window which I thought would be plenty of time. The item was a wedding gift with that date personalized on it and it arrived two days after the wedding. Maybe I should have added the extra shipping cost for faster delivery but honestly didn't think I would have to with this company. I was disappointed but will order from this company again with prompt delivery being a question.

Features I like and dislkie The plaque is beautiful and tastefully executed. I was very pleased, but it hasn't been mounted on my house because only wood screws were sent, and my house is brick. I'll have to go purchase special screws and drivers to mount it. I think an assortment of mounting screws should have been included with the purchase.

Date Established Plaque I purchased this for a 50th anniversary gift and I know they are going to be thrilled. I have always admired them on homes and now I know where to get such a plaque. I didn't give it 5 stars because I don't know yet how it will hold up in weather.

Housewarming Gift We are so pleased with the arrival of the gift for our dear friends and can't wait to give it to them. It arrived much sooner than expected and we were very happy with the quality and the overall appearance. The final review will be our friends but know they will be thrilled to add this to their new home. The only problem was so many choices to choose from.....that's a good thing.

Established Family House Plaque I am well pleased with this product. My husband and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and I was looking for something for us that would be representative of our years together. This was perfect. When I saw it, I knew I had to purchase it. I was wonderfully surprised when we received it. I am just waiting to put it up.

Missing screws This is the 3rd plaque we've ordered and were very satisfied, except that it was missing 2 of the 3 screws required to hang it.

House plaque We ordered this plaque for our parents 40th anniversary. It was to take 3-4 weeks. We had it within a week!!! Very happy with it and they love it!

 DisappointedBy Shopper (College Station, TX) - July 29, 2019 I ordered this item before for a wedding gift. The couple loved it.
I then ordered 2 more for 2 other weddings. One arrived to the couple without any issues.
The other plaque arrived, but the name was misspelled. I contacted the company and informed them of the error. I also let them know that the couple lives in Alaska, but would be in town for the ceremony. Thus, when I ordered initially the item had plenty of time to arrive when the couple was here. Another plaque was made and sent out. After a week of not receiving the merchandise and some diligent followup, it was determined that FedEx lost the package. I understand that mistakes happen. Although, it doesn't alleviate the disappointment that the gift did not reach the couple. The company did refund the cost.
This company doesn't ship to Alaska and that's where the couple now resides.

 unhappy customerI am not satisfied with my order, the letters of the month are all capitalized but not the same size. Looks unprofessional. I called customer service was told basically it is what it is and they would not redo it. So this company is not concerned with customer satisfaction.
