Quality The quality is fantastic, but take into account no matter how you personalize the name, it'll all be capitalized. This isn't usually a problem unless you have a McC name. It's not a big enough issue to take issue with because the overall product is very good:

Wonderful Marriage Gift I ordered this for my brother in law and soon to be sister in laws Bridal shower gift. They just purchased a new house together. The quality was very nice but most impressive was all the finishes available. I would order this again!

Finish To begin with I am overall pleased with the plaque. The only issue I have is the add stated it was an antique broze and gold color. Well it looked more like a small child was released with a can of cheap gold paint. With that said it didnt take me long to correct the finish and make it represent the advertisement. Now it is hung proudly outside for others to admire.

Looks great! Love this plaque...I have purchased it for gifts, just never for myself, now I finally have one on my new house! It looks fantastic, just the only reason for 4 stars, and not 5, is the paint does scrape off too easily along the sides. It doesn't bother me much, since it goes with my rustic decorating, and it doesn't look bad anyway, just an fyi.

Well worth it! I was pleased when my order was received about two weeks ealier than planned. The plaque was ordered for my parent's 50th Anniversay, which they were very surprised to have received the item. I think overall the plaque was well worth ordering and would come back for a second order.

Review of Family Plaque The plaque came out very nicely. It looked a little bigger in the picture and that's why I only gave it 4 stars. It is beautiful and was a wonderful gift to give. Everyone at the party really liked it and I'm sure I will purchase another in the future.

 Not as good as I hopedI was a little disappointed when I received my order for this item. The color was not so much "Antique Brass" as just spray painted gold... I would recommend choosing another color or spray painting it on your own. I did not like that you could obviously tell the item has been spray painted, I was hoping for a more authentic look. Once I re-painted my plaque a darker color it looked much better.

Colors Not as Pictured on Website By Shopper (Fullerton, CA) - July 9, 2011 A friend of mine had a plaque like this and when my husband and I bought our new home I was eager to purchase one. I bought it as an anniversary gift for him. In looking at the website for color choices, I decided on the pewter/silver plaque because it would match with our house best. However, when the item came, it was definitely not as pictured on the website. The pewter was much lighter and blends with the silver. I was extremely disappointed that I spent so much on a product I now do not like. I know I would love it if it had matched the colors on the website, but unfortunately it does not. Beware of this if you decide to purchase the pewter/silver (or maybe other colors tones too). The product itself is nice, and I wish I had gotten it in a different color. Unfortunately, I am not made of money and cannot purchase a new one.

Quality of item was extremely poor! I purchased 2 plaques from them before and was very pleased.
I contacted Customer Service and sent them a picture of the plaque. They responded by telling me that the manufacture told them that this is the way the plaque is produced now.
When I told them that I was not happy with the quality of the product, they did not have the courtesy to respond.
I will NEVER purchase from this company again!
I gave them 1 star because "0" was not one of the options.
