These are wonderful and tender gifts for my friends who have lost beloved pets. I was just a bit disappointed this time in the clarity and vibrancy of the colors on the actual ornament. Online everything was perfect. But it is still a wonderful gift to help bring comfort in the pain of any loss.

Ordered 9 of these in memory of our mom for my siblings. The wood distorts the picture and it is very grainy looking. Very disappointed. I’m out $100 and have zero ornaments for my family.
