 Merry Family Personalized OrnamentLove the ornament however there are 2 things I didn’t like. One was when putting the names on the ornament, there was always one name not put in the middle just on the sides! No matter how I tried to rearrange the names, it never worked out! Since I have 10 grandchildren, they all notice who stands out!The other problem was my granddaughter, Addison, on the one ornament (Charles -1st name on order) looks like Allison instead of Addison.

Beautiful Ornament. By Shopper  (Jefferson, MD) - January 15, 2023 I ordered this with all the major names in my family. It is lovely. One side of the ornaments is off center. The other is beautiful. It would have been perfect if it had lined up the same as the other. All in all it is a nice idea.

Personalized Christmas Ornament Fun ornament for the whole family! Got one printed with all of our kids and grandkids names included and ordered enough for each family to hang on their tree. The mixture of fonts is fun, but a few of the names were so tiny and a little hard to read. Would love to see this product selection expanded so I could order ornaments every year.

Nice Ornament, but don’t expect a nice velvet bag Very disappointed that my ornaments did not come in a bag. I’ve been ordering ornaments for years and this is the first time that my ornaments showed up without a nice bag to gift my ornament in.

Beautiful! Ornament has 23 spaces for names and I used them all including Christmas and 2022
Only issue is that it didn’t come in time for Christmas, expected date was 12/23. I would order much earlier next time.

Family Name Ornament By Shopper (Rincon , GA) - December 16, 2022 The concept is beautiful. The only thing I would change is to let the customer select the font(s) so that the names look almost the same size.

Ornament Review Ornaments came exactly as pictured and are nice quality and construction. Delivery was prompt, particularly for a personalized item, and I do like the two-sided version over the single-sided. I know my mom will really like how it has all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on it.

Ornament Revieew These are exactly as listed, turned out nice and are good quality construction. What I would say, and more to the people who make them than to those considering purchasing them, is that I do have a couple issues with how the personalization works. I ordered several of these, and I had to go back and forth numerous times on some of them to make sure that the weird number of names required to fill it up were satisfactory to look at. I used "filler" words like the year, joy, peace, hope, love, etc. as I didn't like that it repeated some of the names, but not all. The other issue is why offer the one-sided ornament? I did one of both the one-sided and two-sided, and definitely prefer the two sided. And finally, the size is a bit small - yes, it is nearly 3", but I wish I had gotten the larger size just so it presented better.

23 name ornament Very cute, I did all 23 names. Some are very small, but readable. The ornament is ceramic and heavy. Nicely made. Would buy again.

 No variety The product was as I expected, however the name fonts had no variety and one name looked like an afterthought because of the way it was placed on the ornament.(Lily) Thank God this wasn’t a gift. Poor planning at the print shop!

Somewhat misleading Although I love the concept of this item & the various fonts, I didn’t realize that the metal is as thin as a piece of paper. Needs to be a bit more substantial.

Not how I expected The layout was not as expected. I did not want the layout that had each name shown twice but the one with each name once with the family name as a heading.

Family Ornament The names came out great, however the finish is rougher than I thought it would be and the color was different than expected. I would not order matte again

Family Ornament Loved the ornament, however, the ribbon sent to attach to the ornament had been tied and cannot be untied to attach to the ornament. I do not have anything to hang it with.

Poor quality I was disappointed in the wooden ornament. The equality was not what I expected. The print was very muted, and not as impressive as the matte ornament

 did not loveBy Shopper (ROTONDA WEST, FL) - December 29, 2023 I apparently missed a name but I also paid for a box that was super over priced and the ornament doesn't even fit in it. The box doesn't close and the Matte finish is just not a nice feature. Get the glossy.

Merry Family Personalized Ornament Extremely disappointed with the quality of this ornament. All the names are blurry and slightly faded. It seems the quality of Personalization Mall is not the same as it was years ago.

too small compaired to the last one I ordered The ornament is just too small. I have ordered many over the years, and so happy with them, but these are just too tiny.

 Not centeredI ordered 8 of these to give as gifts and was very disappointed. The design is not centered. It’s going off the ornament on the left and there’s a gap on the right. Highly embarrassing and disappointing. Ordered several times before and this is the worst.

Not great The matte finish does not look good and the printing was off centered. One side was worse than the other, but both sides were off center. I’m pretty disappointed because I loved it online. I can’t find a way to actually contact anyone to correct it. It is a gift and I’m hesitant to give it.

Too small for a gift By Shopper (Grapevine, TX) - April 27, 2023 Too small. Lettering is tiny. Also, don't waste your money on a gift box. It's a cheap, white box with a huge barcode sticker on it.
