Coffee Cup Personalized I will still rate this 5 stars. The coffee cup is really nice and personalized great. The first cup came broken. Nothing secured the cup in the box. Called customer service and they were great. Had a new secured cup to me within 4 days. I have it in time for Christmas.

 Repeating name personalized mugI bought this for my teenager for Christmas and named it “Cocoa”. I love it! The only problem I didn’t catch was it was pre-check for the 11oz. It was too small. so I had to order a second in the 15oz. I wish the pre-check wasn’t there. My fault, I was just in a hurry!

Exactly what I wanted I ordered four of these mugs and each one turned out beautifully. The colors are vibrant and they look exactly like the preview image. I am giving the mugs as gifts and I know the recipients will love them. I am very happy with my purchase!

 Arrived promptly as described. Love the bright red interior. Outside colors are pretty but either muted or a dye fault. I dunno. And at the top of the mug, the color fades a bit. That’s the reason for the lower rating. If it were a gift for someone, I’d have to send it back; but this was a two for the price of one deal and not worth sending it back. As is, it is very useable and hoping to enjoy it for years!

Perfect "just because" gift A friend and I purchased this as a "just because" gift for the social services coordinator at our senior building. Her name is actually Easter; it's not a holiday reference.The options for font, colors etc. was amazing. The price was really good but your company kills budgets with your shipping costs. Anyway, a very high quality product.
