24X36 canvas By Shopper (Philadelphia, PA) - December 21, 2023 The canvas itself was beautiful. Great size and price. The frame was cracked and the canvas barely fit it. I was disappointed with that especially since we are forced to buy a frame with the canvas.

Only one issue The colors are vibrant and it's well constructed. The only issue is a crease down the center of the picture. It happened with both pictures of this size. I also ordered a 28x42 and a 16x24. No crease on those. Hoping it will go away with time.

Great Quality, Great Value, but Desaturated Image By Shopper (McDonald, PA) - November 10, 2023 Just as my review on the 24x36 canvas product, this product unfortunately suffered the same fate as every other canvas print I've ordered. The print itself is fantastic, great quality, and doesn't break the bank.
However, upon uploading your JPEG (I've also tried PNG) to the image uploader before finalizing your order, the service desaturates your image. Every other service I've used, even as low quality as Wal-Mart, at least keeps your colors accurate. As a professional photographer, I spend a great deal of time fine-tuning and tweaking the HSL levels of every photo, and for the image uploader to ruin all of that, makes me have to knock a star off my review.

Great Quality, Desaturated Image By Shopper (McDonald, PA) - November 10, 2023 First, absolutely amazing customer service, swift printing, and fast shipping with tracking. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future hands down.
However, I'm a bit troubled by the fact that the image I uploaded got desaturated and lost contrast. And there was NO way for me to correct this after the upload. The canvas print itself matches the colors of the image preview before your check-out perfectly, but this isn't the final exported JPEG. For whatever reason, this website's upload feature desaturates the colors and reduces the contrast of the JPEG file, and for that reason alone, I'm knocking a whole star off of perfection. My original file is way more vibrant and colorful than this.

Wonderful I am pleased with my canvas. I immediately hung it up. Looks amazing in my home. I do wish it was a bit clearer but it’s because of the canvas type.

Picture is stunning but canvas is Loose I've bought a few of these and I absolutely love them. The one that arrived yesterday has a very loose canvas. It sags. The picture, itself, looks great but it definitely needs to be tightened. I'm afraid to fix this myself. Please advise. I sent one as a gift and I'm hoping it doesn't arrive the same way this one did.

Amazingly affordable canvas print. I have been looking for a place that I could place an order for a canvas print that did not break the bank. I found this site and placed my order for an April birthday. I placed my order on the 17th of January, then received it on the 19th of January. The quality is great, and obviously the turnaround time is terrific. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I ordered a horizontal print but the hook to hang it is placed for a vertical hanging. Will definitely be ordering from Personalization Mall again.

Gorgeous Canvas By Shopper (Chesterfield, VA) - January 4, 2023 We absolutely love the canvas and frame we ordered. However, we did find that we needed to add supports to the frame so it wouldn't bow when hanging this on the wall.

Cut off The description of this said it would cut off a 1/4" off the picture, but took close to 3/4.this cut scope of picture. However, the print job is nice and will look great hanging on my sister's wall. Picture was taken and copyrighted by me.

stunning color! I was hesitant to put a photo on canvas but it is absolutely beautiful! The colors are vibrant. I gave it 4 stars because I spent a lot of time centering the photo perfectly taking into consideration the wrapping around the frame per the instructions. But one of the people in the photo was cut off more then the preview indicated she would be. Even now, the preview still shows the end product as I thought it would be. This was disappointing.

Senior gifts These turned out really well. I had to create the picture in Illustrator and export it as a .jpg because there was a design that would work, but overall it was good.

The colors look to be a little faded than the original picture giving it a 4 star review from me. Could just be what I see though not a big difference. It is still so beautiful. I recommend. Beautiful picture I have always been happy with the quality of products from this site. The canvas is gorgeous and the frame compliments it well. I took off one star as the frame is a bit flimsy and the “stays” that hold the picture in fell out during shipping. They were easily reattached however.

Fasteners difficult Love seeing my favorite photos on canvas! However, since the canvas is marked where to put the fastener, it would be so helpful if you put them in. It is extremely difficult to hammer them in! The backs fold over??

Beautiful canvas I was looking for a canvas with a frame so I was so excited to see you can add one. The canvas print is amazing quality. My only negative was that one of the brackets was broken off of the frame in the back. My husband was able to super glue it back so it wasn’t a huge issue
