Beautiful canvases I purchased four of these in 16x20 size, and am very pleased with the quality. However, I will add that the hangers for these do not come already attached, so you have to attach them to the canvas yourself if you want to hang them. This sounds simple enough, but my husband (who is a carpenter so definitely is better at this stuff than I am) tried attaching them by hammering them into the back of the canvas where it was marked, and the hangers just bent because they are cheap.

I recieved my package By Shopper  (Stockton, CA) - December 13, 2019 I liked it but the quality on the picture wasn't so great. If only you could see it more like a picture rather than .. hmm I dont know how to explain it. Either way they should inform you it wont have the picture inside and then the frame when your able to remove the photo and put it on another frame. It's not a piece of paper thin as a picture. But I liked it cause it arrived as soon as possible and my friend loved it

Some improvement needed I loved the quality but was disappointed that the picture was smaller because they wrapped the edges with my photo instead of adding a border before framing

Distorted Color I ordered three of these to make a photo collage. Two were great but the third had a definite yellowing to the colors. I like that the canvas has a mark for securing the mounting bracket - one less thing to measure. I was surprised by the quick turn-around time. I had them less than a week after placing my order.

Photo and quality is great but the photo hooks are terrible The actual canvas and the photo quality are amazing. The only reason why I did not give a five star rating is because you manually have to put on the sawtooth hooks on the back of the canvas which are made very cheap and bend. My only recommendation is that you guys should already have the sawtooth hooks mounted on the frame or include hooks that are made better. Either than that I love my Canvas

Great work, fast shipping The order process was easy. The print quality was very good. Could have used a little stronger material but it wouldnt matter since it will be hung on the wall and wont be touched after that.

Smaller is probably better By Shopper (Melrose Park, IL) - December 5, 2018 I was a little bit disappointed with this when it came it.
I ordered two canvas prints. The first one was a smaller size 12" x 18" and it came out gorgeous. I am so happy with it. And then I opened this one. The quality of the canvas is very nice and the frame??? (the wood pieces) seem very sturdy.
However, the picture looks kind of blurry to me. I think it will still look nice on the wall, but compared to the first canvas there was a definitely a difference in the clarity of the picture. Both pictures were taken with the same camera outdoors. I got this as a gift for a family member. I hope they like it.

Great print and quality By Shopper (Aurora, CO) - November 28, 2018 I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the back was closed instead of open with a hanger already installed on it. A hanger was sent with a picture of where to place it but when I went to hammer it in, the metal hanger bent and is not worthless. Otherwise, the picture looks great! I have no problem purchasing another means to hang the photo. I definitely recommend this to others!

Great item By Shopper (MESA, AZ) - October 15, 2018 I loved the canvas but don’t like the upgraded frame I added. It’s not sturdy and definitely not worth the extra money. I also wish the metal hangers were already attached as I was not able to get them on myself and just ended up having to hang the canvas on two nails instead just resting on the back frame.

Not so sturdy By Shopper (Gardner, KS) - May 1, 2018 The canvas itself turned out great, but the frame that I paid extra for is not very good quality. The seams of the wood are slightly separating and when handling or hanging it you must make sure to grab by the canvas and not by the frame due to it not being very sturdy.

Beautiful Canvas This is second time I purchase a framed canvas. The picture is beautiful and so is the frame however,the frame is broken on the corner (again). I don't know if it's the packing or what but I can't be the only one who has this problem. Personalization has been wonderful about giving a refund for the frame and luckily, we have been able to fix it...If it hadn't been for the second broken frame, I would have given 5 stars. Great company!

Very nice By Shopper (Welling, OK) - March 19, 2018 Previously, I ordered 5 canvass prints in the 2 inch width. Now the 5 New ones have the thinner canvass wrap. Hung together, they add great interest and depth to our family gallery wall. We love it and suggest mixing, as we did.

Good quality print but regret adding frame By Shopper (Interlochen, MI) - December 8, 2017 Love the quality of the print (as I always do). Added the barnwood frame this time but the corners don't quite meet up right and it makes it feel less professionally done. I won't ordered things framed anymore and just stick with what I know I am always happy with (which is everything else I have ever ordered).

Watch the size The canvas picture turned out great...no problem with the quality at all! But double check the size you order. I accidentally ordered the XL which I intended to order a small canvas and it is HUGE! I won't be able to give this to my friends as it is obnoxious. I basically just threw money away. And now I have to purchase them something else for Christmas.

The only reason I took off a star for the rating is because I was expecting the canvas to be slightly more glossy than it was when I got it, but that could have been something I overlooked in purchasing it. Nonetheless the canvas is beautiful and I would order again.

Contacted customer service and told them the problem and they sent a replacement print that was lightened up and looking like the original picture.

Love this product! I was absolutely thrilled with this canvas print! It came very carefully packaged. The picture and coloring was super clear and sharp, not grainy at all! It is well made! The only criticism I had was in regards to attaching the hanging barbs to the back of the picture. The wood that the canvas is attached to is quite hard so, when trying to attach the barbs to the back, the barbs kept bending. I did finally get them in but I wish they came attached.

Lovely By Shopper (Phoenix, AZ) - March 19, 2016 Every other canvas I looked into cut off some of the most important and beautiful parts of our engagement photos (dogs & mountains). Personalization mall didn't. They came out really well. Since this is my first canvas I'm not sure if some of the quality seems lost because of the material or not, that would be my only complaint about our photo is our faces and our dogs faces don't appear as clear as I expected. But overall, very happy.

First time ordering a canvas print Overall very pleased with my order. This is my first canvas print. I went through personalization mall because of all the wonderful reviews and the fact they were one of the few places you could order a 12 x 18 canvas print. The canvas and frame are quite nice. The canvas differs slightly from the preview available on the website in color quality (I found it to be more monotone, and the shades of black in the pants look kinda funky), but it is still good quality. I got my product in about a week and feel that I paid a great price for it. I would do business with in the future.

Personalization Mall's is matte very nice. Only complaint is it printed darker than what I had expected, and considerably darker than the preview. Almost too dark, but ok.

Nice size and quality You really can't beat this price. Canvas can be really expensive so I was a bit skeptical at first but I'm glad I went through with the order. The final product had a nice quality and size! My mother in law loved it :)
