 Not as clear as preview showedI have ordered photo canvas before and they were alot clearer than what I received this time. It was also clearer in the preview.

Canvas print I was not aware that the photo would be wrapped. It cut off a lot of the photo and just doesn’t look right. I should have put a black border around it.

Sturdy and good size, washed out color By Shopper  (Torrance, CA) - December 3, 2020 The canvas came quickly and carefully packaged. The wood was heavy and appeared very sturdy. The picture hanger came unattached, so you have to do that yourself. It was very difficult to get it on mostly because the wood was very hard and warped the hardware when it was hammered in. The canvas itself was thick, but unfortunately the colors appeared more washed out possibly due to cheaper ink or the roughness of the grain of the canvas. This is when comparing it to another photo canvas services we had used. For the price and quickness of shipping it is fine, but if you need something of better quality print with truer color, I would buy from an actual photo studio/company.

To hang in our Allstate office to make clients smile This photo taken 20 years ago, its my husband, son & daddy. Daddy died years ago so this pic is special. I wanted to hang in our Allstate office as a tribute & clients would enjoy it! It came in with a flaw and I was sad. Apparently there was a mark on my photo and when it was blown up to 16"x20" flaw got huge. The flaw on canvas is on right side of Allstate sign on border in the shape of half circle. It's not the companies fault it was mine.

Looked alot lighter than photo sent I was disappointed with the intensity of color. Did not match original photo. Way to light.

Little Disappointed Love this site and have placed many orders but this order, I was a little disappointed. The color is not the same as my photo, looks washed out or faded and not as vibrant as what I submitted. The bottom wrap also took most of the foreground.

Canvas print It turned out ok. Be careful when cropping as it may not turn out the same on canvas .

Canvas print I have ordered other canvases and have been very happy. The photo I used for this print had a low resolution and the print isn’t even worth hanging on the wall. I then went to another website to order, and their website told me that my pic was low resolution for the size I wanted. Personalization Mall should have this feature when you order!!

Nice product, terrible shipping By Shopper (Doylestown, PA) - March 20, 2018 I was fine with the final product after a re-do on the canvas. Disappointed in the shipping. I received a box with a hole that looked like it was punched. The print had a small mark that was only noticeable if you knew where to look. Maybe look at a different shipper or better packaging.

Canvas Print By Shopper (Raleigh, NC) - December 17, 2017 The trees and grass in the picture came out darker than expected. Would be nice if the people producing the canvas picture, as they should be experts, could adjust the areas that appear very dark and make it look its best.

Not what I had expected I saw tons of reviews for this item that were all 5 stars and everyone was raving about the quality and color of the prints. When I received it, it was packaged nicely, but the print is very dark. You cannot see the details like I was hoping. The preview of the canvas is much brighter than what was actually delivered. I understand canvas is different from a regular photo, but I am underwhelmed. We are going to try and find lights to put behind it so it brightens it up a little.

Poor picture quality The picture looked very grainy on this canvas. Was meant as a Christmas present so I was very disappointed.

Darker than I thought it would be. I ordered the 12"x 18" canvas of my print, but was disappointed that it turned out so dark. When I ordered it online I noticed the preview photo looked a little dark, but when I "lightened" it, it looked too light. Next time I will lighten my photo with my own program and then order it. Other than that, I was pleased with how nice it looked. (The attached preview picture here is a little lighter than the actual product I received in the mail.)

family memories By Shopper (Barberton, OH) - May 30, 2017 Always wanted to have a nice picture of my family, husbands family and our children and grandchild. Some pictures turned out blurry and I am somewhat disappointed. The photos itself are clear, so I don't understand why they look blurry on the canvas.

Great photo, bad quality I love our picture we sent in, but when we got our canvas back, the picture ended up being a lot darker than we expected & you can not see our little one's face really well.

Clarity problems By Shopper (Alvin, TX) - October 31, 2016 Over all the product was made and shipped out in great condition. My main complaint is the picture clarity. The pictures appear grainy and lack detail. They only look good from far away.

Don't think I will ever order those again. I will however continue to order so many other products that I order for gifts all the time.

Good quality By Shopper (Manhattan, KS) - February 22, 2016 I was pleased with the product. It's VERY important you use a high quality/definition photo though.
I ordered the optional framing with it and I was disappointed that it arrived broken. They did refund my the cost of the frame but it kind of placed a damper on my wife's valentines.

Shouldn't be Dark By Shopper (Saint Clair Shores, MI) - October 19, 2015 I am usually very happy with Personalization Mall and have ordered from them for years but this particular item, I was a bit dissatisfied. I ordered it for a Christmas gift. The people in the picture came out really dark as if they were standing in a shadow yet the background was the right lighting. I am not sure how or why that happened as the original picture sent in was not like that. I probably should of read the reviews, as mine was not the first done this way.

Canvas Print By Shopper (Wakarusa, IN) - August 8, 2015 The picture turned out great on the canvas. However, the edges were not as cleanly stapled down as I would like and not quite flush with the sides. I was thinking of returning it, but was able to fold the edges in so that they did not show.

Quality Received my canvas picture and the coloring in it looks greenish/grey. Not really what I was hoping for. So be careful when submitting aa photo or if you edit the pic in anyway. It looked okay in the review.

not a perfect 5 stars By Shopper (New Castle, IN) - December 28, 2011 I ordered a canvas picture without a frame but the only preview I could see before I placed my order was with a frame so when I actually received my order my picture wasn't exactly how I wanted it to look. If someone is placing an order WITHOUT a frame don't show them a preview of their order WITH a frame. Show their order exactly how they want it!

Its ok I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. We had professional pics taken and he loved one where I was laying my head on his chest so I blew it up for the bedroom. He looks perfect on the canvas and almost every detail can be seen. I, on the other hand look fuzzy and overly bright. The light on my face looks kind of distorted and my hand on his shoulder looks fuzzy as well. Overall I like it from a distance and it is ok for our bedroom but would not put this over my fireplace.

wrap around I wasn't expecting the picture to wrap around the corner of the canvas. If I would have known this I would not have cropped the picture so much.

Happy I suppose I received my picture and was happy that the quality was very nice, however was dissapointed that the picture itself was darker than how it appeared on the computer while i was making it. Being a picture of a sunset, you really lose alot of the beauty with the picture being dark.

Proof does not reflect actual product By Shopper (El Dorado Hills, CA) - June 16, 2024 Since I wanted mirror images for the edges of my canvas, and since customer service was not able to provide the actual dimensions that I had to use, I spent a lot of time using trial and error to make sure the proofs reflected the front image (since you can't see a proof of the edges). However, the actual front image ended up as 29"x 44-1/2", and the remainder of the front of the image was the mirror image that I added. The actual quality of the canvas is excellent.

Poor quality photo Unfortunately for me the quality of the photo I uploaded was very poor. Great service from you would have been to notify me and ask if I still wanted you to use it. Just a suggestion.

Photo quality diminished My original photo looked great on my own device. When I received the large version it is slightly blurry. Previously I ordered canvas from another company and their software advised of insufficient pixels, this did not provide any warning. I ordered two smaller canvases here and they were great.

not what I expected when I saw preview when ordered Picture was cut off and was pixelated from image sent in. The canvas was nice, instead of a gloss view to show true picture quality that was shown in preview. All colors were dull and blown out. The canvas also had dents in one corner of frame. This is a Christmas gift and have no time to re-order since it took longer than expected to get here. (said 3-5 days took 9 ordered 12/9 so I take blame since it's 2021)
Basically won't order agian will find someone else with better quality

Not quality I am really disappointed with the picture quality of this canvas. It looks faded and not as colorful as it should be, I was giving it to our daughter for Christmas, so embarrassed and disappointed for how much I paid for it.

Not centered By Shopper (Bellflower , CA) - December 15, 2021 I ordered this canvas as a Christmas gift. I was disappointed to see that the picture was not centered and it's very much noticeable to the eye. The logo consists of 3 orange circles. On the canvas I received, one circle is folded in and the other circle is about an inch towards the center of the canvas. When I uploaded the picture, it looked very much centered. Very disappointed I won't be able to gift it.

Not real Satisfied Canvas was not stapled tight to the boards. Canvas is very loose on the backing.

Blurry Picture is blurry. Customer service said clarity was up to standard. I do not agree. One positive...fast shipping.

No Backing on Portrait The clarity of the Portrait was excellent, it arrived quickly, but it did not have any backing on the Portrait. It only included one small clip to hang it with and with no back cover, you can see through the Portrait and it leaves it vunerable to damage. for almost the same price, I bought another from a different company and it was a much nicer product with a back on it and installed hanging hardware. Will not buy these canvas portraits from this company again will use my previous vendor.

Expected a bit bigger By Shopper (Alpharetta, GA) - April 15, 2014 I thought this will be a bit bigger in size when i saw the image preview before i order but expected to be very small in size.

Nice Picture..but very cheap looking The picture came out good, but the canvas was very cheaply put together...I had to take it to a framing store and have it framed....which was more then the canvas itself...also it was much smaller then I expected..and according to the framing store the size is not a normal size, so the frame had to be custom made.
