I called Personalization Mall to see if anything could be done just in case. The original I submitted had the problem - not the quality control in the order process but they still went above and beyond in allowing a replacement to be ordered! Only concern I had was with FexEx, they delivered the box wet and pretty beat up, but thanks to PM's excellent padding and packaging the canvas was not damaged. FedEx could have been more careful and acknowledged they dropped off a badly damaged box instead of just leaving it on my steps. But I am so happy with the work of personalization mall, they did an excellent job.

I always pay for the digital files and buy my canvas’ on personalization mall. We’ve compared the photographer printed canvas’ and they are such a close call. Literally save $100’s and buy your canvas’ from personalization mall!
