I called Personalization Mall to see if anything could be done just in case. The original I submitted had the problem - not the quality control in the order process but they still went above and beyond in allowing a replacement to be ordered! I will never hesitate to order through PM - they have amazing customer service.

loveeeeeee So I've been very hesitant on ordering canvases for our bedroom... So many sites and local places offer this type of service but their reviews vary so I kept putting off buying ours.. Beyond expectations By Shopper (Moseley, VA) - February 12, 2022 The canvas I ordered was beyond expectations. The colors and clarity were great! PM never disappoints. Only concern I had was with FexEx, they delivered the box wet and pretty beat up, but thanks to PM's excellent padding and packaging the canvas was not damaged. FedEx could have been more careful and acknowledged they dropped off a badly damaged box instead of just leaving it on my steps. But I am so happy with the work of personalization mall, they did an excellent job.

Tell your friends Typically photographers offer canvas prints. Those prints usually start off at $200 and can get astronomical. I always pay for the digital files and buy my canvas’ on personalization mall. We’ve compared the photographer printed canvas’ and they are such a close call. Literally save $100’s and buy your canvas’ from personalization mall!

Exceeded my expectations I've made several purchases from PM and have never been disappointed, but I will say, the canvas print far exceeded my expectations! The quality was exceptional! I realized after uploading my photo it was not the original so I got nervous that the print may not be super clear. But it was!! Exactly what I wanted, and although it said it could be 5 to 6 weeks for delivery, I got it within a week. I absolutely love it!
