Wonderful product My towel arrived yesterday, earlier than expected. I was more than pleased with the results. The day after I placed the order, I realized I forgot to include "The" and "Family" in the personalized family name line and called Customer Service the next day. I wish I knew the name of the very friendly and helpful representative I spoke with in order to give her credit, but she was able to get the order updated to reflect The Stewart Family. This is a birthday gift for my sister and she will absolutely love it. I will not hesitate to order from this company again in the future.
