My parents pup passed away about 2 weeks ago and I wanted to get them something small in her memory. This ornament was the perfect gift. The quality is great. It arrived pretty fast. I ordered it on 9/1 and received it on 9/11. I purchased 2 of these one for each parent. I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for something small. You can hang it on your Christmas tree or from your rear view mirror. PM never disappoints. I’ve ordered from them before and will again in the future. TY

Beautiful glossy ornament with sweet poem and your pet's name. I gave this to my mother for her birthday, with a photo of our beloved cat who passed away this year. She loved it and cried when she opened it. My only issue was the picture I put on it ended up looking much darker than it really was, so make sure the photo you use is well-lit. They forgot to put the keepsake pouch in my order, but the lady on the phone was very nice and sent it right out with free shipping.

Beautiful product, well made. Only reason for 4 stars is because it says it comes with a ribbon to hang it with and mine did not come with one.
