The order w/ the initial "s" and the name "Skylar" arrived with a "B" and personalization of "Big Grandma". Packing Slip and sticker on packaging all reflected the ornament should have been as I originally ordered, so the Quality Control part of the shipment failed a bit. While it was a good laugh, it was kind of odd.
Ornament itself looks nice, but having it made as ordered would be even better. With that said, a very nice representative assisted me in ordering the "replacement".
