Nice Watch This is a nice watch for retirements this is the second one i have bought from the company for retirement cerimonys and the process is easy for engraveing but be sure what you want to say and the capitals because they engrave exactly what you put down. The shipping is FAST!!

However, delivery time sucks. The order shipped 4 days after I ordered, it was delivered 11 days later though. So it took 15 days after ordered.

Great Product! I bought this item as a Christmas gift from my granddaughter to her grandpa. It is great, but the inscriptions should have been in another color that is more visible to the eye.

Nice watch overall The watch is beautiful, came in a nice box, and arrived in a very timely manner. My only complaint is that the initials engraved on the front were not quite centered - I noticed this immediately and it bothers me slightly. Other than that, I was very happy with the watch overall and look forward to giving it to my boyfriend.

I wasn't expecting a high-quality watch given how little I paid for it and the people in these reviews who were complaining (although I feel they should really take that into consideration...you get what you pay for). It was definitely a lightweight metal but it was far from poor-quality. The engraving is really hard to read (as others mentioned). Every aspect of the watch works great and no problems with functionality. Overall, if you want a high-quality watch, there are lots of places who will charge you high-quality prices. If you're not interested in spending a ton of money, this is a pretty good buy.

Beautiful pocket watch Bought this as a gift for my dad. He loves it. He brought it to work and showed everyone.I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the battery. My father had to go and buy a new battery as the watch did not keep proper time. Now, it is running perfectly.

the personalization makes this pocket watch a keeper Purchased for my father-in-law's 85th....he loved it from the great grandchildren. The quality is nice and the engraving was very legible and made his day. A good purchase for the price for sure, but wish the chain/hook was just a little better quality, which would have made this a 5 star....although I'm sure my father-in-law never had a second thought!
