I bought a really nice box for it to go in and they even said it was nice to have and to keep, whereas flowers die. I never give flowers, and they know that. I either give a gift (usually from this website) or denote to a charity chosen by the family. That's just me. But this way the family can have a memorial remembrance of their loved one. broken The first frame I received was broken. Even though I was highly disappointed with it being broken, the customer service experience was wonderful. I called immediately upon opening the first page and seeing the broken glass. The rep walked me through getting a replacement sent and told me how to upload the picture proof. This was Friday afternoon, the replacement arrived on Tuesday.
