The pillow arrived quickly and was just as I ordered it (as to names, message, etc). The red color was off a bit, really more of a burgundy or a dark/dull red. Not a true Christmas red. And the names and trees and message are all stamped or screened on, no stitching as I perceived. Yes, I paid $19.99 (a sale price), but this is a $49.99 pillow. Given that it normally sells at that higher price, frankly I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the product. But it is ok for a $19.99 pillow. So, just put that as the price and forget the discounted price. I am still interested in other products you have. I'm sure we will put this pillow out at the holidays. It is truly personalized, which is very cool.

I ordered two pillows. One came with pillow tightly wrapped and case that was personalized was perfect. The other one came wrinkled and the pillow was different as far as being tightly wrapped it actually looks used. I just felt it was odd that one came perfect and the other one came disheveled. I did iron the material and it looks fine. I just worry about the pillow that looks used.
