The inscription looks great. Unfortunately it arrived a week late even when I paid for rush shipping, but that was FedEx's fault. I saw from the tracking # it left your facility on time but sat at the FedEx hub for days, just a few miles from the destination. Maybe offering other carrier options would be good? Besides the issue with FedEx, we're happy with our order. Thanks!
