 Photo puzzle It turned out great, and was easy to do. Shipping was fast. I just miss the tin they used to come in. The cardboard box isn't as durable.

awesome! The puzzle turned out perfect! My picture is clear and sharp and sized perfectly. The tin it comes in isnt thin or weak. The packaging was hard to open, which is both good and bad, and the pieces were a bit smaller than I thought, which is my fault as the website gives dimensions, but its hard to picture that sizes cut into 252 pieces.

Very Good, Could be Thicker/Flatter By Shopper (Alameda, CA) - August 19, 2013 Bought this puzzle mainly for my kids (5 and 3) and it's pretty good. All of the custom puzzles are too $$ in my opinion and I only have 2 "complaints." The cardboard is fine and will serve it's purpose, but it could be a little bit thicker for little hands. Second, I realize these are put out by a machine one after the other, but the pieces came a bit "curled up." I put the puzzle inside the pages of a thick, heavy book then placed a very heavy item on top of that and it flattened it just fine, but I shouldn't have to do that. In short, it's a great product that required some personal tweaking. Good luck!

Pretty Cool Gift! My mother loves to get pics of the grandchildren and she also enjoys completing puzzles so this is a great gift idea with a dual purpose! After making the puzzle my mother frames them for display. Picture quality is good and the tin frame also displays pic so this is an added plus. I will be purchasing this product in the future.

Almost the Perfect Present I ordered this as a wedding gift for my puzzle loving cousin. Upon receiving it I was a nervous because the lid of the tin cut off the top of the picture differently than in the preview; but after proceeding to put the actual puzzle together, to make sure the same thing didn’t happen there, I am thrilled with the results. The puzzle itself deserves five stars; the only downside was that the lid to the tin did not come out as nicely. Overall I think this product makes a great gift and is something I will keep in mind for future gifts.

Great gift needs more glue I was very pleased with the puzzle. I had to order it last minute and I was able to get it right on time. My only concern was a good percentage of the pieces as my coworker began to put it together started to peel. I am not sure because this was a rushed order. But I would have liked for the pieces to be adfixed a little stronger.

Great gift idea The color was a little different but I was expecting that. The puzzle was about the same quality as one you'd find in a store and the tin sturdy. My girlfriend will love this

Fast delivery I ordered this puzzle as a hospitality gift sent directly to a host couple so I never actually got to see the finished product. However, I was extremely impressed with the very fast delivery. I ordered it in the tin and immediately got a "thank you" email because they were delighted with it, and easily recognized that it was a photo taken from their front yard.

My only complaint was about a third of the pieces weren't separated and as I separated them, some of the paper on the back began to rip. Overall though, I was very pleased.

Grandma's puzzle The puzzle and tin turned out beautifully. The only bad thing I can say is that the puzzle is missing one piece. We've searched Grandma's house up and down and still have not found it so we're wondering if it never made it into the tin.

Great picture quality but too many unseparated pieces The picture quality was great and I liked the tin the puzzle came in, but I was slightly disappointed at how many of the pieces were still stuck together. While trying to separate them, I ended up ripping some of the cardboard backing off and/or bending the pieces. Also, there was not a lot of variation in the shapes of the pieces themselves unlike in a regular puzzle, so putting the puzzle together was a bit of a challenge.

Excelent gift for mothers I bought this for my mom's B-Day, I used a picture of the whole family and she just loved it! She almost cried. My mom loves to put puzzles together so this was a very nice and sentimental gift for her. The quality of the picture I used was the highest and yet it doesn't look completly neat on the puzzle as I expected. That's something that they should work on.

Flimsy box I have yet to gift this puzzle but just pulled it out of the bubble wrap. The box, with the picture on it, is just a small, very flimsy shirt box. It flexed open as soon as I grasped it. The pieces are going to be lost. The one I made through Walmart years ago had a proper box to store that stayed closed.

Personalized 252 Pc Photo Puzzle - Vertical So cute for game nights. Timely shipping. However, the box with the puzzle pieces was damaged as it was packaged with other purchases. Will not present as gift as planned. Just bringing as game addition at family gathering. I would order again, just not with other items if giving as a gift.

Nice Idea but Disappointed with quality I love this idea for a gift but it seems the quality of the product has changed. I purchased a few of these puzzles years ago and the images were crisp and it came in a nice tin canister.
This year I purchased 3 puzzles and the quality was horrible. I ensured that my photo specs were compliant with the requirements (in fact the site doesn’t let you proceed without meeting the guidelines) and still the puzzle was a blurry mess that came in a flimsy paper box

Nice This is a great gift idea. The only drawback is the box it comes in. It should have a hardshell to protect the image the of the puzzle. The box it comes with is as thin as a gift box for a shirt. Such a great product with poor execution.

An okay item By Shopper (Saint Peters, MO) - December 9, 2019 I was disappointed in the puzzle. The cardboard box is very flimsy and is caved in on the top part of the box that shows the faces. This is to be a Christmas gift but I'm a little ashamed to gift it. It is okay but it appears to be a cheaper item. In the future I will be sure to get the puzzle with the tin container.

Personalized puzzle I personally really liked the puzzle that I had personalized for my father for Father’s Day. Only one thing I had a issue with was the box it self that came with the puzzle. It seemed to be made cheap, my father open it and it tore on the size of it. If the box with thicker and made with better quality, this wouldn’t of happened. As far the picture it self that came on the box of puzzle, it came out great.

Make sure your picture is very bright I have never bought something from here that I didn't love but the puzzle didn't meet my expectations. The picture on the box looked how I expected but the puzzle itself was very very dark. From close up you couldn't tell the different between peoples faces. I may order a puzzle again with a brighter picture to see if I'm happier with the results. I wouldn't recommend buying this if your original picture isn't very bright.

Bought this for my boss The tin box turned out very nice...maybe even nicer than the actual puzzle itself. My only grief is that there is some sort of adhesive left on the edge of the tin box. I'm weary about using a solvent to remove the sticky gum since it may ruin the picture or finish.

Piece missing By Shopper (Tipp City, OH) - January 24, 2015 I have purchased the personalized photo puzzles several times in the past. This December I ordered two puzzles (same photo) for my granddaughters. Understand, both granddaughters live in different states than my husband and I. The day after Christmas, my 6 year old FL granddaughter put her puzzle together but she had a piece missing ... she was sad about this. My 4 year old CT granddaughter also put her puzzle together and she had an extra piece ... she was confused by this. When they Skyped that evening they confirmed that our CT little one had the missing piece from our FL in her photo can. When my husband flew in to visit CT grandchildren he picked up the piece and brought it to FL granddaughter. The problem was resolved but it never should have happened. Suppose that piece was mixed up with someone's puzzle she did not know? In short, I was very disappointed with our last order.
