But most of all they are hold more than they appear and microwave perfectly without making the cup hot. This also means that they do not get hot if you put hot cocoa in them, so they will not burn a child's hand. I have ordered a number of the different 11 oz Personalization Mall mugs as gifts, and they are always welcomed. I recommend these for one's self or as gifts
