 Happy for DadBy Shopper  (Port St Lucie, FL) - December 17, 2018 This personalized mat turned out perfect! I did order rubber mat to go with it which I liked as well. I do wish; however, that you could somehow attach the foam mat to the rubber mat so it doesn't move around. Super happy though!

very sharp and clear picture I love the mat. The photo is sharp and colors are great. It does have a bit of a rubber smell in a small room, like a bathroom. I know from previous purchases that the colors fade in direct sunlight, so it will last much longer inside.

The online personalization software was a little tricky, but a call to tech support helped me to finish my mat. It looked great on the screen, and just as good when I pulled it from the shipping box. I would like to order a bunch of these with a company logo, but the character limit is 12, so that is not possible, unless I put everything together as a ,jpg file and upload it.
The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars was that it took it seventeen days to reach me. The fast turnaround time is meaningless if the shipping is too slow! I heartily recommend the mat, but if you need it by a certain date, allow 3 weeks for it to arrive.

Mostly good. The quality of the product was excellent. It is a very sturdy doormat. The quality of the printing was superb. The manufacturing and shipping was out-of-this-world fast. The only issue was that the doormat was not cut very square. Apparently it was handcut. I figured it would have been cut using a machine. When the mat is laid in the holder, it doesn't fit squarely. One edge tappers off as it goes down. I was going to send it back, but the receiver(it was a gift) loved it so much she didn't want to let it go. Overall experience was pretty good. I'll definitely give Personalization Mall another try.

Picture Doormat I had my father's new motorhome put on a doormat with the picture on it. His 70th birthdday was yesterday and this item was the highlight of his gifts. Seeing his dream that he worked for his enttire life on a doormat in the front is pretty cool. Makes his retirement even sweeter. Thanks so much

Good product Product is good for what it is. Having a picture on a rug is kind of hard to have REAL usefulness out of it. Got it for our business for JUST the looks, But personalization mall shipped very quickly and efficiently!

 DON'T LAST A YEARBy Shopper (Santa Clarita, CA) - March 5, 2018 Personalization Mall's turnaround time is amazing. I ordered these same doormats (without the frame) about a year ago. The ones I just ordered are replacements, since the original mats last less than a year before becoming stained and having the corners de-laminate and stick upward. This time, I spent almost $100 more to buy the rubber tray/frames in the hope that I could have them last long enough to be worth the money.
Unfortunately, Personalization Mall does not store your design for re-ordering, so I had to spend a few frustrating days re-creating my design before I could re-order. PM's website is not always cooperative, and making sure your shopping cart is accurate is a confusing hassle.

Clear Photo. Not durable. Initially this doormat looks fantastic, but they don't hold up well. We chose not to add the frame because we didn't care for the frame design, but it might help the edges to not become frayed.

Good Photo Reproduction, Medium Doormat The texture of the doormat isn't clear in the photo or description, but it's probably not what you thought..it's not what I thought. It's OK, but probably can't leave it outside your door for too long; it'll blow away.

Graphics Good, Text on an angle Turn around time great. Reproduction of image great. Text was on a noticeable angle. Not a big deal as this was a gag gift, but I would have returned it if it was a serious gift.

 About my recent purchase of a door matAs far as how my product was, it was very nice. Turned out great. However I was very disappointed in the fact that it was not already put together. I had to try and figure out a way to put the mat in the rubber backing so it wouldn't slip out. I feel for the price I paid, it should have came as one piece, Already fastened together. I feel that's not to much to ask for, for the amount of money I had to pay. Thank you. Heather Locke

 Disappointed in Quality of these 2 MatsOver the past 5 years I have ordered 5 of these mats. Quality of these 5 mats, as well as the respective photo on each mat, were outstanding! However,I was disappointed in the 2 mats I recently ordered/received. The quality of the mat itself was not as good as previous mats, in particular the back side. Additionally, the photo on each mat appears "rippled" and overall clarity is not as good. The photos I submitted were shot with a Canon EOS 70D with a Canon "L" lens(28-300 mm) So the quality of the photos I submitted were excellent. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Poor quality Hard like cardboard and no cushion at all. Very disappointed.
