Second one! I love this website.. This is one of the many products I have bought on here in fact, i bought two! Better In Person When I opend the box I was amazed at the detail this frame has. I ordered a few for mothers day so I can't wait for my loved ones to see them! I know my mom is going to shed a tear when she sees what my son "says" to her on the frame. I got creative with them and really personalized to what I thought was appropriate, some funny some heart warming.

Wonderful Gift! This frame was not only a wonderful present, but a crowd pleaser. The frame was beautifully made. I was worried that it may look cheap or oddly put together. However, it was perfect! My grandmother cannot wait for a picture of her new great-grand-baby to put in it. On top of a beautiful product, the service was quick. I ordered the frame on a Sunday and had it by that Friday. Personalized frame I ordered a "My heart belongs to Nana" frame for my son to give to my Mom for Grandparents day. I was thrilled when it arrived! The quality is great and it is so cute!  Absolutely beautiful!The first frame I ordered I had a problem with because the back didn’t fit right. I was disappointed, but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one fast and my son was able to give it to my mother for Christmas. She absolutely loved it and said how beautiful the woodwork was. We all loved it. Thank you so much to personalization mall for sending me a new one so promptly and for the beautiful work you did. Beautiful frame The frame is absolutely perfect. It’s even more beautiful in person.
The only problem I have is when it was delivered the glass was broken.... it wasn’t packed with bubble wrap or extra paper. So I called and asked for a replacement and the customer service member was every nice and assured me it would arrive before mother’s day. Unfortunately it did not.

Happy It came as expected, good quality. I just gave it a 4 because I was overly happy with the other purchase I got more so than this one.

Nice...but needs some work I purchased this frame for my manager who just had his first child and wanted a frame suitable for his desk. He was very happy with the frame and everyone in the office wanted to know where I had purchased it.
My only issue is that the frame does not look like the website. The wood in much lighter. To remedy this I put a small amount of orange wood oil on a rag and rubbed it over the frame. It instantly darkened the frame and gave it a nice luster.
I do recommend these frames if you purchase on sale, however worth the time to use the wood oil to give them a really nice finish.

I bought the smaller, 4"x6" for Christmas a year ago and was very pleased by the quality of the frame...the 4"x6" seems to be made out of thicker wood.

Great Gift - wish it was more versatile. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star item is the lack of versatility. It's either vertical or horizontal and the frame will not read correctly if you use aa vertical picture in the horizontal frame. I think it would serve better if the detail was oriented so that it would be readable in either position. Regardless, the items shipped on time and are great quality.

My mom loved it! It was very affordable and my mom really loved it! If you are running low financially this gift will still be meaningful and she can keep it forever. If you get her flowers they will eventually wither away.So get her this picture frame instead, you won't be disappointed.

Much better than Personal Creations I purchased 2 from personalized mall and 2 from personal creations. The one from personalized mall are so much nicer. The wood is better quality, you can see the engraving better, and it is larger. They fit 4x6 photos, the ones from personal creations only fit 3.5x5 photos.

Love it, wish it came in larger sizes also Great product, arrived (quickly) looking just as it did online. Just wish they had a 5x7 and 8x10 options.

 Cute but...Bought 3 and all 3 came back with different shades. A little disappointed about it. One was perfect and one was so light that you could barely read it from far away. The third was ok but on the darker side - but it was still better than the really light one. The shading difference isn't nearly as dark or contrasting as it looks in the pictures. Wish I had thought to take a picture of all three together before giving them as gifts. Cute frames and they seem sturdy/good quality but I probably wouldn't buy these again. This is the first time I was disappointed in a purchase from here. I wonder if I would have a different review had I only purchased one and didn't have two others to compare against.
