Great gift! The frame shipped out quickly and I was so happy with how it turned out. The stencil cut-out is made of sturdy material so you don't have to worry about it ripping or fraying when you're working with it. This is a really beautiful gift, can't wait for Christmas!

AWESOME! I bought this frame for my boyfriend & it looks amazing! The frame is real wood & it isn't cheap looking at all. The letter cutouts look very professional, even on weird letters like "W" or "M". I's suggest to use as few "I" "L" or skinny letter because it's hard to find pictures that fit unless you have several straight up & down pictures :-)

Great Quality I bought this frame as a hostess gift for my neighbors who have a one-year old grandchild. This frame turned out great! I bought this frame for my sister, and it looked really good when finished. The only problem with it is that the letters are a tiny bit taller than 4 inches so there is a small sliver of black at the top and bottom of pictures. I printed the pictures in black and white though, so you couldn't even tell once it was hung. Overall, the frame looks really cool and is worth the money!!

 Love these! I love these frames for my travel photos! I got the one for Greece several years ago and the quality of it is much better than the newer ones that I have. They're still nice though. I'm slowly adding more and I wish that larger ones were available...11 characters isn't much. I can't add a few places that I've visited because shortening the name looks weird.

Beautiful frame It’s a perfect gift, beautiful and creative, except that the frame is a bit cheesy, easily broken material. It arrived with a broken corner, as a defected Xmas gift. However the service was great, they shipped a free replacement later.

Gift Idea These make beautiful gifts!
Only 4 stars because we ordered 3 of these and on 2 of them, the corners had pieces cracked off. No time to return so we fixed them with a little super glue and the gifts still looked very nice.

Name frame Quality is great. Very sturdy frame. The letters are kind of narrow but we made it work. Also didn't come with screws to hang. Overall though it's a cute frame.

Almost perfect... When I saw this I knew I had to buy for my best friend as a housewarming gift. It arrived in a timely manner and was protected very well. The only thing that I would of liked is if the matboard was a tad thicker. To me it felt kind of filmsy making it a little difficult putting pictures in. But my friend and her husband love it so I am happy.

Amazing present This was an amazing gift to give to my boyfriends mother, I put their last name and pictures of their family. The only frustrating part was trying to find pictures that, for example, wouldn't cut off everyones faces in the letter I, or other very narrow letters. And the W was so wide at the top, a 4 x 6 was too narrow.... I had to get pictures reprinted a few times to make sure they all fit correctly.. a lot more work than I anticipated but it looked wonderful in the end!

Great quality with one small flaw This is a very nice item overall. A friend gave us one when our first child was born and I ordered this one for our second child. The quality is nice and it gets lots of compliments from guests. If you're a perfectionist like me though, you should know that the letters are just a bit too tall for a horizontal 4x6 photo to fit behind them without leaving some of the black background showing (see the image for an example - there's a strip of black showing at the top and bottom of the "S"). This isn't a huge problem - you can use 5x7 prints, all vertical prints, or just deal with a little black showing - but it is a bit annoying since 5x7 prints are more expensive and most of my pictures are taken horizontally.
