 Nice MugI received this mug as part of an order with some other personalized Christmas decorations. The deep rich color of the mug itself is vibrant and cheerful and I'm excited to give this gift! Its a nice heavy mug that will be used and not just thrown in a cabinet. Everything else I ordered was perfect but the actual printing on this mug was a bit weak and looked washed out. I gave this a five star because not only do I love the final mug, but the customer service was beyond efficient and superior in correcting the problem immediately.

This one fits your hand Wonderful, cheery mug anytime of the year. It holds 10 ounces and is slim to hold and if you preheat with hot water, it holds heat well. I've microwaved but not recommended. I also like the width of the ceramic mug for sipping,as so many are too fat! Love it!

I used them as stocking stuffers for my boys and my daughter in laws I put packets of cocoa, marshmallows, candy canes, and cinnomon sticks inside the mugs and wrapped them in cellophane tied it with a bow and it was aborable! The mugs were well made sturdy and a nice size for a cup of coffee or cocoa money well spent.

ON TIME, ON TARGET & ON BUDGET. I checked out other sites but decided on this one because the price was right. This graphic is chiseled/engraved into the cup and the lettering and the graphic are very clear. The delivery time was a bit longer but was on time. All in all I am very happy with this product.
