This whistle looks so perfect. I ordered for my husband, but the whistle blows very softly. I would purchase again for the looks but not for the whistle effect.

I'm disappointed. I bought this for a friend to use on his boat. The whistle is lovely and the engraving is great. However, it's not loud enough. A whistle is to catch someone's attention. The only attention this whistle will get is that of others on the boat. Bottom line is "It's lovely, but does not do the job."

I was pleased w/ the finish and quality of the whistle, but the engraving was a little faint, and the small ring between the large keyring and the body of the whistle was a little cheap(flimsey). I would change this myself on my own dime.
