 Nice Item but.........this is a really nice item; substantial weight but the printing is so small it is really hard to read. With all the extra space on the vase, the printing should have been made much larger.

romantic the only problem I have is the way they shipped it ,It was in bag with bubble wrap instead of a box an it was cracked during when I opened it, waiting on replacement

Almost Perfect My wife was really blown away by this gift. The message expressed exactly how I felt from the heart. The only thing missing was the rose that was supposed to be in it. That would have sealed it's perfection.

Good By Shopper (Wadestown, WV) - October 22, 2012 I think that everything looked really good and very pretty. My wife loved it, it just made her day when I gave it to her. The only thing that I didn't like about it is that it didn't come with the rose, I thought since the rose was in the picture it came with it so I didn't go and get one. Other than that though I think it turned out really pretty and it was well worth the money.

A suggestion By Shopper (O Fallon, MO) - February 10, 2012 I was thrilled with this item. I loved being able to create my own poem for use with this item, but I was disappointed with the lack of a rose. I would suggest that the company offer a glass rose to go along with this item. Suggesting a real rose to the customer is basically impractical because the "bud vase" is so small.

Not your ordinary vase... This item is a great way to say that special something to someone special to you with a unique medium. The item ships very securely so it isn't likely to get broken and I used rushed shipping which meant the item arrived on time for me. The only real negative about the item is the font can be somewhat hard to read the way it is engraved. I don't know if that is because my passage was somewhat long so they used a smaller point size for the font or if they ever change that regardless. The piece looks beautiful where we put it, but you really have to look at the item if you want to read it which is somewhat disappointing.

Bud vase Great Product!..If there would be one suggestion only, it would be to make it a little bigger so as to accomodate a larger font for the message.

Nice item The item was a little smaller than I expected and the writing was not really dark enough, but otherwise, the quality was nice and I liked that I was able to write my own poem. I got it for a guy, albiet, a romantic type guy and he really liked it.

Small but good Overall I am satisfied with the product. It is made well and the engraving is of good quality. It is smaller than I had thought so it really does not make a good vase. It is more decorative than functional.

Product features that I don't like By Shopper (Falls Church, VA) - February 16, 2013 The personalized bud Vase is good but one of the things which I didn't like is the written part is not visible unless you are sitting pretty close to it although I used the standard message and didn't increase the length.

Good but text is too small I just bought this for my girlfriend, I do like it but the writing is too small. I used up all the 9 lines for writing a poem, but on the screen it looks legible, once I revied it...well my girlfriend is going to need a magnifying glass to be able to read it..I didn't like it because of this, if I would have know that more writing the letters would be almost inlegible, I would have wrote just a few lines.

The fact that you can't read it unless you get it in just the right light makes it less than what it could be if the writing was in black or something you could read easier.

Product can be better By Shopper (Orlando, FL) - April 23, 2011 I got this for my girlfriend and she really liked it. The only thing is I got it for a very special occasion but there was something missing (the flower) as I thought it came with just like the picture. This suppose to be a center piece of our table. I did not know that the flower was not included and did not bring one. Had to go find one at a last minute. If you're getting this, please make sure you're to bring a flower with you if you plan on opening the box for a special occasion like mine.

Different than I thought By Shopper (Ferron, UT) - February 9, 2011 It is quite a bit smaller than I thought, lettering is hard to read and it needs a platform to hold it up better It falls down rather easily. With one rose in it still needs a flat piece to support the bottom. I plan on making one. Cute looking but thats all. I was generous giving it 3 stars.

Engraving is difficult to read The engraving is difficult to read because the font is very small and the letters are not etched into the glass very deep. This item did not meet my expectations for the price that I paid.

 Not what I was expecting The writing on the glass was so small and barely engraved that you could hardly even read it. From far away you can't even tell if there is writing on the product. The writing on the photo displayed shows the words spread out and large and it was not. I wrote 14 lines (the max you can write) and it showed up in two that's how small it was! The photo shows the glass with a fake flower in it which was not included. Overall I was not very pleased with the product, not what I was expecting at all.

was not Iike the pic I thought this came with a glass rose on it like the picture. It would have been a lot better if it did. I also wish it would have been sent usps from the start as ups is a horrible company for small packages. I wouldn't ask for my money back, but I wouldn't recommend this either. On the plus side I was really pleased that I could customize the words on it. The quality was good as well as the quality of the glass it was etched on.

Lettering is not impressive The way you write on the glass is not impressive at all. Very hard to read. It could be better with the price I paid. Expected more than what I received
